Meggan moved to Buffalo in 2005 to pursue her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner and quickly fell in love with the city, the people, and the amazing fitness community. She has been an athlete since she was a child, so she’s always looking for new ways to be active and challenge herself physically.
Meggan became hooked with Reform after taking her first class in 2017.The Lagree™ workout is like nothing she has ever done before.
She loves the efficiency of the 40-minute workout and that it consistently challenges her body. It indeed shows that “we can do hard, hard things.”
Meggan believes movement is medicine for the body and mind and stresses this to her patients, family, and friends. She is constantly trying to get others excited about fitness and her obsession with Lagree™, so what better way to share her passion than to become a Reform instructor?
Outside the office and studio, you can find her cooking, exploring Buffalo restaurants, doing all the things outdoors, reading, coaching and playing on two softball teams, traveling, and spending as much time with family and friends as possible.
